Case of Reschke 2010 Pinot Noir (6 bottles)
The 2010 Pinot Noir was sourced from Kongorong in the Mount Gambier GI.
The vineyard for these grapes is situated close to the southern-most point of South Australia on the edge of the Southern Ocean. It is one of the coolest wine regions on mainland Australia. This idyllic cool climate and the harsh rocky soils help to achieve a complex intense flavour profile from vines that are restrained by the elements. The wine has the classic forest floor and strawberry notes with support and complexity of roasted nuts and buttered toast from its time in French oak.
