Bull Trader Cabernet Merlot

The soft approachable structure and almost perfumed fruit characters in a fine medium bodied Coonawarra dry red. The use of very tight grained, older oak has given length and complexity without dominating the plumy Merlot fruit.

This wine shows classic finesse of Coonawarra allowing it to show its best when still quite youthful.

Time in the bottle will see even more complexity with the development of cedary and violet like characters.
